Overview

Use the guidance below to prepare and optimise imagery for various Remarkable Commerce storefronts. Different client implementations may have custom requirements, but these baseline dimensions provide a solid starting point.

General Recommendations

Ensure all images are optimised for web (compressed without noticeable quality loss).

Use consistent aspect ratios across similar asset types to maintain design integrity.

Always export product images on a plain background unless otherwise specified.

Use descriptive file naming to improve media management.

Homepage Banners

Desktop: 2560px width, height flexible (~600px)
Mobile: 600x600px or 746x534px
Tablet: 992px width, height proportional
Three Quarter: 1980x600px (mobile 600x600px)
Half Width: 1250x600px (mobile 600x600px)
Third: 830x600px (mobile 600x600px)

PLP Adverts

Single: ~480x562px
Double: ~975x562px
Triple: ~1178x378px

PLP Adverts - depending on plp structure the standard sizes are:
- Single: Width: 480px Height: 562px
- Double Advert Width: 975px Height: 562px
- The single width should be tripled if these are to cover three columns. With the 2 15 pixel gaps also added to the width. Where there are more than 4 columns the adverts will need to be smaller we recommend a size of Single/Double/Triple/Quad: 378/778/1178/1578 x 378px

Ensure images are optimised under 100kb where possible to improve performance. Use tools like TinyJPG or Photopea to compress.
