How to manage testimonials
The testimonial section of Remarkable Commerce Manager is used to manage testimonials submitted by customers. These are comments from a customer on the business itself and are usually displayed on a testimonials page or other relevant pages.
Note
Comments from a customer about individual products will be displayed under the manage reviews section
located in the Product Module of Remarkable Commerce Manager.
Testimonials are usually collected by the business itself rather than through the website so there is the option to create a testimonial.
Create a Testimonial
Go to the Customers section of Remarkable Commerce Manager.
Click on Manage Testimonials.
At the top of the screen click Create ![]()
Add the Title of the testimonial, the name of the customer leaving it, the testimonial in the description, then choose a number from 1-5 to represent the number of stars.
Click Save
Find a Testimonial
You can filter the testimonials by star to show the relevant testimonals, they can also be sorted to show different amounts of testimonials on the page.
