Low stock report
Table of products below the low-stock threshold with quick links to edit and CSV export guidance.
At a glance
- Purpose: surface products that are low in stock so merchants and operations can prioritise replenishment.
- Primary view: a table of SKUs below the configured low-stock threshold (no chart).
- Controls: threshold control in the right-hand panel (default: 10), Run/Refresh and Download CSV actions.
Threshold control
- The right-hand panel contains a control to set the low-stock threshold (default is 10). Changing this value and submitting will refresh the table to show products with quantity less than or equal to that threshold.

Columns shown in the table:

product_code — product or SKU code

title — product title

stock_code — internal stock code (if used)

variation — variation descriptor (size, colour etc.)

Clicking Edit opens the product in the Products module so you can update stock levels, costings or variants.
CSV export
- The Low stock report can be downloaded as a CSV. Typical CSV columns:
product_code,title,stock_code,variation,quantity
SKU-000123,Example Product,STK-123,Size M,4Use the Download action to save the current table (respecting the selected threshold and any filters) for offline reconciliation or ordering lists.
Filters and controls
- Threshold: set the numeric threshold in the right-hand panel.
- Search / filter: if available, use search or additional filters (brand, category) to narrow the list.
- Edit: use the Edit action to quickly navigate to the product editor.
Walkthrough: quick start
Open the right-hand panel and set the low-stock threshold (default 10) to define what 'low' means for you.
Review the table of SKUs below the threshold; sort by quantity to see the most urgent items.
Click Edit on a row to open the product in the Products module and update stock, variants or details.
Click Download to export the current table as CSV for ordering or reconciliation.
