Learn how to use search analytics in Remarkable Commerce Manager to track, analyse, and act on search performance data.

What Search Analytics Tracks

Search Activity

Track date last searched, search query, number of searches, number of results, and percentage of total searches.

Trends & Comparisons

Analyse trends, compare periods, and see growth or decline in search queries.

Filters & Segmentation

Filter analytics by date or compare different periods for deeper insights.

From this data, you can take the following actions:

Using Search Analytics

  • Use the right-hand filter to filter by date or compare periods.
  • When comparison is toggled on and an extra date period is selected, the search query table includes a Trend column:

Percentage decrease (decline)

Percentages are also shown for number of results and total searches if relevant.

Top Result Summaries

At the top is a section called Top result summaries. Click the cross in the top right to expand this section. The date period shown matches the one selected in the right-hand filter.

Top Searches & Searches Without Results

On the left is Top searches (query and number of searches). On the right is Searches without results.
