Manage Facets

The manage facets section allows you to manage the filters of your site by adding Facets and Values. These can then be assigned to products so that the product appears when a relevant filter is used.

Find a Facet.

There are two ways to find a facet, navigate to the Manage Facets page, then use the search box at the top to type the Facet name or use the drop down list in the filter section to navigate to the right Facet.

Add a Facets.

1. Navigate to Products > Manage Facets
2. Click on Add Facet
3. Add the Facet name and click Save.

Add a Facet Value.

1. Navigate to Products > Manage Facets
2. Click on Add Facet value
3. Add the Facet Value in Title and select which Facet to apply it to in the dropdown.
4. Click Save.

:::info Good to know! You need to create a Facet before you can add a Value to it. :::

Edit a Facet

1. Find the Facet to edit by using search or filter.
2. Click on Edit.
3. Make Changes and click save

Edit a Facet Value

1. Find the Facet to edit by using search or filter.
2. Click on Values.
3. Click on Edit
4. Make Changes and click save

Delete a Facet or Facet Value.

1. Find the Facet or Facet Value to edit by using search or filter.
2. Click on Delete.
3. Confirm and Delete
