Managing Orders
This article describes how to manage orders. To start managing orders, go to Remarkable Commerce Manager > Orders.
You manage orders by:
- changing statuses of an order, or in item inside the order
- commenting on orders (comments can be viewed by other Sales team members)
- updating order details
What's in the orders tab?
Changing Order Statuses
To change the status of an order:
- In the List of orders, click View Order next to the order you want to change the status of. You are taken to the View Order page.
- Click on the fourth tab Status, the current status is displayed in the tab.
- Click Change Status, then use radio buttons to change the status.
- Click Save Status, an Email will be sent if it is a status that sends emails.

Editing Order details
To edit order details such as price and delivery cost:
- In the List of orders, click View next to the order you want to update the detail of.
- In the Summary section of the View Order page, click Edit Order, next to the relevant bit to change.
- Edit the order as required.
Orders Notes
To comment on an order:
- Click View next to the order you want to comment.
- On the View Order page, click on the Notes tab.
- Enter the comment in the Global Notes field.
- Click Save notes .
- The page refreshes to show the comment is saved. Your message is displayed in the Global Notes section.
Editing an Address
To edit a delivery/billing address:
- Click View next to the order you want to edit the address of.
- On the View Order page, summary tab, scroll down to the Customer section.
- To the right of the address click Edit Billing Adress/Edit Delivery Address. The Edit Address Modal opens.
- Make ammendments and Click Save.
