Managing orders
This article describes how to manage orders. To start managing orders, go to Remarkable Commerce Manager > Orders.
You manage orders by:
- changing statuses of an order, or in item inside the order
- commenting on orders (comments can be viewed by other Sales team members)
- updating order details
What's in the orders tab?
Changing order statuses
To change the status of an order:
- In the list of orders, click view order next to the order you want to change the status of. You are taken to the view order page.
- Click on the fourth tab Status, the current status is displayed in the tab.
- Click change status, then use radio buttons to change the status.
- Click save status, an Email will be sent if it is a status that sends emails.

Editing Order details
To edit order details such as price and delivery cost:
- In the list of orders, click view next to the order you want to update the detail of.
- In the summary section of the view order page, click edit order, next to the relevant bit to change.
- Edit the order as required.
Orders notes
To comment on an order:
- Click view next to the order you want to comment.
- On the view order page, click on the notes tab.
- Enter the comment in the global notes field.
- Click save notes .
- The page refreshes to show the comment is saved. Your message is displayed in the global notes section.
Editing an address
To edit a delivery/billing address:
- Click view next to the order you want to edit the address of.
- On the view Order page, summary tab, scroll down to the Customer section.
- To the right of the address click edit billing adress/edit delivery Address. The edit address modal opens.
- Make ammendments and click save.
