Managing Orders

This article describes how to manage orders. To start managing orders, go to Remarkable Commerce Manager > Orders.

You manage orders by:

  • changing statuses of an order, or in item inside the order
  • commenting on orders (comments can be viewed by other Sales team members)
  • updating order details

What's in the orders tab?

Changing Order Statuses

To change the status of an order:

  1. In the List of orders, click View Order next to the order you want to change the status of. You are taken to the View Order page.
  2. Click on the fourth tab Status, the current status is displayed in the tab.
  3. Click Change Status, then use radio buttons to change the status.
  4. Click Save Status, an Email will be sent if it is a status that sends emails.

Editing Order details

To edit order details such as price and delivery cost:

  1. In the List of orders, click View next to the order you want to update the detail of.
  2. In the Summary section of the View Order page, click Edit Order, next to the relevant bit to change.
  3. Edit the order as required.

Orders Notes

To comment on an order:

  1. Click View next to the order you want to comment.
  2. On the View Order page, click on the Notes tab.
  3. Enter the comment in the Global Notes field.
  4. Click Save notes .
  5. The page refreshes to show the comment is saved. Your message is displayed in the Global Notes section.

Editing an Address

To edit a delivery/billing address:

  1. Click View next to the order you want to edit the address of.
  2. On the View Order page, summary tab, scroll down to the Customer section.
  3. To the right of the address click Edit Billing Adress/Edit Delivery Address. The Edit Address Modal opens.
  4. Make ammendments and Click Save.
