Order search
This article describes how to find orders using track order and search.
Track an order
Use the Track order page when you have a single reference to look up. You can enter:
- Order reference
- Order ID
- Customer name
- Postcode
- Phone number
- Email address
The track page returns the matching order and opens the order view where you can see Summary, Payments, History, Status and Notes.

Search orders
Use the Search page to find groups of orders or to investigate patterns.
Common filters:
- Payment provider
- Order status
- Delivery type
- Date range
You can sort results (newest/oldest) and click a row to open the order view. The table shows a summary row at the bottom with totals for the current view.


Open the Search page.
Choose filters (provider, status, delivery type, date range) to narrow results.
Scan the table and click an order row to inspect details.
