Digital Asset Management (DAM)

The Digital Asset Management (DAM) module in Remarkable Commerce Manager provides a central place to view, organise, and reuse all assets and images uploaded to the admin. This helps you keep your files organised and accessible across your platform.
Quick Start
Use the features below to manage your digital assets efficiently. Each section provides details on how to filter, access, and use your assets.
DAM Features
- Filtering by Module: Use the filter on the right-hand side to quickly view assets by module, such as CMS or Merch. This helps you find assets based on where they were uploaded or are used.
- Load Asset in CMS: With the latest CMS version, use the Load Asset feature to select an existing asset instead of uploading a new image. Available in the image and custom banner components. (Upgrade required if not visible.)
- Central Asset Collection: Images and assets are accessible in Settings, but the system collects them from wherever they are uploaded—CMS, Merch, or other integrated areas. This allows you to manage and reuse assets across the platform without duplicates.
- Asset Links & Alt Text: When editing an asset, you can add or update the alt text for accessibility and SEO, and copy the direct link address for use elsewhere.
