Overview
The enquiries module is a messaging system that allows customers to enquire about a specific product or service. Enquiries are usually sent from a contact us form, this can be attached to a product if it is bespoke or high value. Customers can send in questions and queries and appointments can be arranged or the contact details can be used to respond by phone.
Within the enquiries module the following functions are possible.
- Change the status of the enquiry.
- Add new enquiry statuses.
- Add new enquiry type.
- Book an appointment.

Enquiry
Table of enquiries received, these can be filtered using the enquiries filter to filter by name, phone number, email address and postcode. They can be sorted by showing Pending or Complete first. There is the option to complete the enqiry or edit the enquiry details.
