Manage reviews
Find, approve, remove and export product reviews from the Manage reviews screen.
Remarkable Commerce Manager includes a built-in product reviews system. Use the Manage reviews page to find reviews, approve or remove reviews from the site, and export review data.
Find a review
Navigate to Products → Manage reviews.
Manually scan the list or use Quick find to search by product title or product code.
Filter by product using the product drop-down.
Filter by star rating to view scored reviews only.
Click Filter to apply your selected filters.
Approve a review
Find the review you want to approve using the steps above.
Open the Actions menu for the review and choose Approve (or the tick/approve control).
Remove a review
Find the review you want to remove.
Open the Actions menu for the review and choose Delete (or the trash/remove control).
Download reviews
Open the Other actions / Export section on the Manage reviews page.
Choose the option to download a CSV of reviews; save the file for analysis or import.
If you need to moderate many reviews, combine filters (product + star rating) and use CSV export for offline review workflows.

Manage facets
The manage facets section allows you to manage the filters of your site by adding Facets and Values. These can then be assigned to products so that the product appears when a relevant filter is used.
