How to Manage Reviews?

Remarkable Commerce Manager has a internal system of product reviews availale to use. When a customer leaves a product review, this section allows the review to be approved to be used on site or removed from the site as required.

Find a review

1. Navigate to Products > Manage Reviews
2. Manually view the list or use the Quick Find to search by product title/code or choose the product from the drop down list.
3. View only certain Scored reviews by using the stars.
4. Click Filter to narrow down your search.

Approve a review

1. Find a review.
2. In the actions column, approve the review.

Remove a review

1. Find a review.
2. In the actions column, delete the review.

Download reviews

In the other section select the option to download a csv of reviews.
