Orders Overview

The Orders Module of Remarkable Commerce Manager allows you to manage your orders. There are a number of different actions that you can perform in this section these will be explained in more detail below.

Track Order

Track order allows you to enter an order reference number and find the relevant order.

As an alternative to entering the order reference number. It is possible to search by orderID, Name, Postcode, Phone Number and Email Address.

Relevant orders are displayed in table format.

Search Order

Order are displayed in a table format. On the search page; orders can be filtered by Payment provider, order status, delivery type or by a specific date range.

They can also be sorted by using the sort box, options are newest or oldest first.

There is a checkbox in the top right hand corner that allows you to export the orders.

The summary of the displayed orders is displayed at the bottom of the table.

There is the option to View Order by scrolling to the far right of the page.

View Order

In View order, there is a tab system.

Summary

The Summary tab contains the order Id, Reference and Date ordered. Then there is the details about the item and items ordered. Followed by information about any Vouchers used, items, Delivery, Discount and the Total. Then the Customer information.

Payments

The payments tab contains information about the transaction and this page allows you to create refunds for the order

History

This shows any previous orders by the customer.

Status

This tab allows you to change the status of the order and send emails when the status is changed.

Notes

This tab allows you to add any notes about the order which are visible to all, enter any delivery instructions and change the security level.

Refunds

This table is a similar format to the orders table and allows you to view all refunds and filter by order reference. Refunds can have the following statuses:

Shipping

The Shipping page allows different shipping types to be entered with the cost and when that type of shipping applies. There is the option to create new, edit or delete the shipping options.

Stores

The stores table allows a title and address of a store and the relevant site.
