Merchandising Pages

The Merchandising module of Remarkable Commerce Manager allows you to merchandise your products. There are a number of different actions that you can perform in this section these will be explained in more detail below.

Pages

Page Management

This page shows the full list of all the merchandised pages on the site. The list can be filtered using the search box on the right or by selecting a page from the dropdown list. Clicking on Retailing allows you to enter the retailing page where products can be manually retailed and you can see the current rules and balance factors in place. In the top right there is the option to add a new page.

How to manage categories

Retail Rules

Retail or Merch rules allow you to combine an assortment of balance factors, this rule can then be applied to a page. Existing rules can be found using the filter and edited in two ways, the date and name can be edited using edit. To change the balance factors that the rule is applying, click on balance factors.

Page Filters

This is a list of all the different page filters by name and how many pages they apply to. The option to add a new filter is in the top right, click add new filter. Filters can be filtered using the search box. On this page there is the option to go to facets, by clicking on facets, go to pages, by clicking on pages or to edit the name of the filter and delete it.

Default Page Filters

This page is for managing the filters and facets that show by default on the site. To control specific filters for specific pages see above.

Manage Pinned products

This feature is not currently enabled.

Product Exclusions

This page is a list of products that are excluded from appearing on the site.

Advanced

Balance Factors

This is a list of all the balance factors in operation on the site, there is the option to add a new balance factor on the site.

Groups

This feature is not currently enabled.

PLP Adverts

This page allows you to upload adverts to multiple pages rather than adding them on the retailing page where you can only add the advert to a single page.

Sorting Options

This section allows you to add options for sorting your products, typically these are sorting the product title A-Z or price low to high. For more specific options like recommended, you may need to contact your site developer.
