Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication can be enabled on your Remarkable Commerce Admin to make logging in more secure. Here is how the process works:

  1. Login as normal on the login screen

  2. With 3d authentication enabled a 2nd screen is shown with a QR code you can scan using 3rd party apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy on your mobile phone.

  3. Then using the 3rd party app you will see a code which lasts for 15 seconds

  4. Enter the 6 digit code into the RCM Admin

  5. Then click Verify and it will login you into the admin.

On the first login to the admin you will need to scan the QR code for subsequent logins you should be able to see the 6 digit key in the relevant account in the app.
