Two Factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication can be enabled on your Remarkable Commerce Admin to make logging in more secure. Here is how the process works:

  1. Login as normal on the login screen

  2. With 3d authentication enabled a 2nd screen is shown with a QR code. To set this up you need to scan using 3rd party apps authentiation apps such as Google Authenticator or Authy on your mobile phone.

  3. Add an account in your app, you will then be given a code in your app on your phone which lasts for 15 seconds

  4. Enter the 6 digit code into the RCM Admin on your computer

  5. Then click Verify and it will login you into the admin.

On the first login to the admin you will need to scan the QR code for subsequent logins you should be able to see the 6 digit key in the relevant account in the app.
