February 2025​

Here is a list of this months relases

Add free delivery and display only options to the promotions dropdown​

  • Display only (used for when you want to add a roundel or overlay not attached to a specific promotion)
  • Free delivery (used for when you want to apply free delivery to selected product groups)

Shipping by postcode region​

Add the ability to apply different shipping option by postcode region.

In the orders section we've added the ability to add a payment amount, reference and expiry date that is used to generate a link for a customer to make a payment.

Custom sales balance factor​

Add the ability to create a balance factor that tracks unique and total sales over a specified period.

Video plp advert​

Allow video to be uploaded as a plp advert, using the existing main plp advert uploader.

Product list view​

Update the manage products screen so the list view is more informative and easy to use.

Previous Releases

Here is a list of all the recent releases into the platform with a small decription of the functionality

DAM Manager​

We created an accessible area where you can see all of the assets and images uploaded to the admin.

We have then upgraded the cms to allow you to click load assets that can then load an existing asset rather than uploading a new images. This is available on the image component and the custom banner component.

Merchandising Module - Pinned Product Scheduling​

When merchandising products there is now the ability to schedule a pin to appear and disappear by schedule.

Merch Module - Repeat Advert every X items​

We have added to template the abilty to repeat an advert after a number of products. To do this add a number greater than 2 in the repeat every x box

CMS Module - Select part of a page and create Template​

Select a group of components and select create template this groups the components into a template that can then be used on other pages. It is saved in Edit Components

CMS Module - Navigation editor - “Move” button project​

Following feedback it is now possible to move links or columns in the navigation using up and down arrows and also add a link that is added to the bottom of the navigation rather than at the bottom of the whole navigation.

CMS Component Homepage Grid​

This component allows you to add a grid layout to your page, by specifying the number of items in the grid and the column size.

CMS Component Flex block​

This component is available to be added to admins. It allows you to layout the page and center items.

OpenAI integration​

There is the option to add these buttons to help enrich product data, see this link

Help page in admin​

We've added some help pointers in the admin that say Get help on this page.

This dynamically links you to a page in the docs site.

We've added an additional admin control where you can overide where the link goes to.

So that we can link directly to your client docs page if that page is more relevant than the generic one.

Negative Balance Factors​

We've added the ability to dampen certain balance factors so products can be pushed to the bottom instead of the top.
