Sync RCM with your platform

Push to RCM​

  • You decide what data to send to RCM and how often
  • You can sync RCM with your platform by either:
    1. Retailer sends data to RCM, using a set of APIs
    2. Send data using FTP
  • EXM’s APIs are written in a REST format
  • Full API documentation is available
  • JSON payloads (request and response)
  • XML format also available

RCM pulls from client​

  • If you already have a feed or API setup, RCM can use it to retrieve data from you
  • You can sync RCM with your platform by either:
    1. FEED - which RCM can access to pull data
    2. API - which RCM can integrate with and call
  • RCM supports the following data formats:
  • Google Shopping
  • CSV
  • XML
  • JSON
  • SQL Database
