Customers Features

The customers module of Remarkable Commerce Manager allows you to manage your customers. There are a number of different actions that you can perform in this section these will be explained in more detail below.

Manage Customers

This section is a large table listing the customers by name, email and phone number. There is an option to edit the customer to change these details, a modal slides from the right to allow you to do this, there is also the option to view orders by the customer.

This filter allows you to filter by name, email address, postcode and phone number.

Messages

This area is designed to send messages from the RCM admin to customers, it is used for replying to contact us requests. There is an option to sort messages into different subjects and there is also the option to create templates for replies. So there can be for example a template reply for a brochure request.

Testimonials

This area allows you to manage testimonials from customers, also there is the ability to create a testimonial by clicking on create. Testimonials include a star rating and the table allows you to select which testimonials to show on site.
